“Subscribers” section review
Active - all the active subscribers - in case double opt-in registration: the subscribers who confirmed their subscription to receive messages from a specific campaign;
Pending - subscribers who have not confirmed their subscription yet;
Unsubscribed - those who unsubscribed from your newsletters;
Expired - inactive subscribers, which had not opened any messages within 6 months period;
Blocked - subscribers were blocked by the system. Common reasons: incorrect or inactive email address, full Inbox folder and so on;
Current Subscribers list - a list of all subscribers added to a particular campaign.
Remove all the unsubscribed, expired and blocked subscribers to reduce bounce rate and improve deliverability of the messages.
