Where can I change my email address and members area password?

You can change your email address and members area password under “Edit your profile” section. Make sure to update “Your current password” in the same page before updating your profile. “Your current password” is same as your gogvo member’s area password.

I do not wish to receive emails from you/downline/uplines?

If you do not wish to receive any mails either from GVO or your downlines, or your uplines, you can check the necessary option under “edit your profile” section. Check “Is OptOut”, if you do not wish to receive emails from GVO. Check “Is OptOut for Uplines” if you do not wish to receive emails from uplines. Check “Is OptOut for Downlines” if you do not wish to receive emails from your downlines.

I cannot update the password or update any information in “edit your profile” section. I get an error. What can be done?

After you make any change in the “Edit your profile” section, please make sure to update “Your current password” in the same page before updating your profile. “Your current password” is same as your gogvo member’s area password.

What is “Set Spillover/Placement To”?

You can set your spillover under your desired downline member through this option. This can be done through your gogvo member’s area -> edit your profile

Log into your members area and click on "View your downline" section. You will find the sponsor details in this section.

Requests for sponsor changes are taken very seriously. Our primary mandate is to protect the integrity of our affiliate referral system. We support the time, investment and effort of each affiliate to promote and grow their business as well as your own.

We do understand that at times new customers arrive at our site and may experience sign up issues which may place them with the wrong sponsor. We have designed a simple policy to be fair to all affiliates. Your request may require 24 hours to be responded to.
